Program

• 9.00 hrs bus transport from RAI convention center to Leiden, NCB Naturalis, the national biodiversity museum.
• 10.00 hrs welcome at Leiden Bio Science Park.
• 10.05 hrs presentation by the WestHolland Investment Agency on the Dutch life sciences sector and why choosing WestHolland as your preferred location.
• 10.20 hrs presentation by Ellen Smit of the Leiden Bio Science Park foundation on the added value of collaboration as key to successful drug development at Leiden Bio Science Park and in the region Medical Delta.
• 10.40 hrs presentations by Pierre Peeters, research director of the Centre for Human Drug Research.
• 11.00 hrs presentation by Richard Holslag, VP manufacturing at Prosensa.
• 11.20 hrs presentation by Marije Marsman, business developer at Leiden University Research and Innovation Services
• 11.40 hrs presentation by Sijme Zeilemaker, business developer at to-BBB 
• 12.00 luncheon 
  
  Optional program in the afternoon: 
• 13.00 company visit at a company located at Leiden Bio Science Park. Please arrange your company visit with the company through the partnering module of the BioEurope Spring. 
• 14.00 company visit at Prosensa, at the science park. (JH Oortweg 21, Leiden, walking distance from Naturalis)
   

• 15.00 hrs departure from Leiden to Amsterdam or Schiphol airport. Appr. arrival in Amsterdam 16.00 hrs, at Schiphol appr 15.30 hrs.

Transport
Leiden Bio Science Park will arrange for transportation from the BioSpring venue RAI in Amsterdam to Leiden. Meet us at the shuttle busstop at the main entrance of the RAI from 8.45 hrs, the bus will depart at 9.00 hrs and return to RAI/Amsterdam or Schiphol airport at appr 16.00 hrs.
