This detached building was constructed in 1995, expanded in 2003 and consists of three storey’s. The owner will build a CHDR2-building on a plot next door. The architect is Cepezed in Delft, also responsible for the design of the adjacent buildings of Danisco and Octoplus.

Space and availability
The CHDR1-building will become available early 2012. The total floor area is 1.788 m2. First floor is 630 m2 and consists of the reception area, offices and canteen. Second floor is 572 m2 and consists of offices and research area. Third floor is 586 m2 and is mainly research area.

Prices
The asking price is € 3.350.000. To convert the top floor to ML2 labs will cost an additional € 250.000. Rental is negotiable. The annual rent will be € 268.200.
